Frequently Asked Questions for New Members

How do I sign up?

Click HERE and you will be taken to the sign up window. New students can sign up for 1 month unlimited classes for $49. Includes in person and online classes.

What if I have never practiced yoga before?

No problem at all! Our instructors provide guided directions throughout class so you will know where you are going as well as multiple modifications for postures. We recommend attending: Restore, Gentle, Meditation, Hatha and Slow Vinyasa. Blend and Slow Burn are more advanced and some sections of class are not guided.

Can I come if I have an injury?

YES! Almost everyone has been injured before and in most cases, yoga can be very beneficial to help healing certain injuries. If you are concerned about your limitations please email us at info@zionwell.com and we can discuss if it will be safe for you to come to a community class or private session.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring comfortable clothes and a yoga mat (you can rent one if needed). We provide props such as blocks, straps and cushions for meditation. We recommend practicing barefoot.

Will I feel out of place not knowing anyone?

No! All instructors and members are very welcoming. You will feel like family in our space.
