(Beginner) Gentle yoga class for all levels of experience. This class is great for people who are new to yoga and looking for a lot of instruction and guidance. Gentle transitions for those with injuries and or limitations. Expect to focus on breath awareness.
(Intermediate) Short form of the traditional Ashtanga sequence. Students will go through Sun Salutations, a standing sequence and seated sequence. This variation is guided by an instructor. Instructor will focus on alignment + breath!
Explore many different types of relaxation through meditation. Expect to learn about breathing techniques, visualization, mindfulness, active listening, self awareness and stress relief.
Experience regimented seated meditation in community. Types of meditation we explore : vedic meditation, mindfulness, breath awareness, zen buddhist, mantra and more.
