MOVE

(all levels) Flow class linking breath with movement. All postures and transitions are guided. Classes will be challenging but peaceful. Expect to MOVE.

ALIGN

Hatha : (all levels) Alignment focused class that incorporates holding traditional postures and breath work.

RESTORE

Yin Yoga : (all levels) Look forward to holding passive postures for 3-5 minutes in order to relax mind and body.

GENTLE : MOVE

(Beginner) Gentle yoga class for all levels of experience. This class is great for people who are new to yoga and looking for a lot of instruction and guidance. Gentle transitions for those with injuries and or limitations. Expect to focus on breath awareness.

SWEAT

(Intermediate) appropriate for those who know basic yoga postures. This class is full of traditional yoga postures with a HIIT twist. Expect to move quickly + hold empowering postures.

ASHTANGA

(Intermediate) Short form of the traditional Ashtanga sequence. Students will go through Sun Salutations, a standing sequence and seated sequence. This variation is guided by an instructor. Instructor will focus on alignment + breath!

RELAX (all levels)

Explore many different types of relaxation through meditation. Expect to learn about breathing techniques, visualization, mindfulness, active listening, self awareness and stress relief.
